Scott’s Classic Tzatziki

This is quick and easy to make (i.e. while the shwarma is baking):

  • 1 cup each: balkan yogurt and sour cream
  • ½ English cucumber (seedless preferred), chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, minced
  • 3 Tbs garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Mix everything in a bowl and chill it in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Yes, it’s that easy :)

    I used Ontario garlic – one clove would have been appropriate. Three was overwhelming in smell and taste!
