Cave Spring Cellers, Cabernet/Merlot. 2002 Reserve from their VQA Niagara Peninsula collection. Delicious!

They also have an Inn on the Twenty in Jordan Village. Steve and I are planning to enjoy our surroundings and landscape. Maybe we’ll stay there one day. Last weekend we went on a hike to Dundas Valley Peak in Spencer Gorge. Really fun, great view and perfect weather – a touch cool but it was great.
