Glazed Ham

I am generally not a fan of ham but got this recipe on Christmas day from Scott:

  • Bake ham in a small roasting pan at 350F with a can of gingerale
  • On the stove, combine 1/2 jar apple jelly with dijon mustard and minced ginger to taste
  • Cover half of the ham with glaze and bake 45 min more
  • Let stand and then slice. Drizzle with remaining glaze before serving

It would taste great with ginger glazed carrots and green beans or asparagus.
