Wacky Cake
I got this one from June Cassie, Sasha’s Mom. She’s a vegan so this recipe has no egg or milk:
- 1 ½ c flour
- 3 Tbs cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Mix dry together and make 3 “holes”.
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbs vinegar
- 5 Tbs oil
Pour one in each “hole”. Pour 1 c warm water on top. Mix well and pour into greased pan. Bake for 25 min in 1 round cake pan or as 12 cup cakes.
