Pie spice
I am giving one of my jars of canned apple pie as a gift thus year, paired with a cute tiny bottle filled with this classic pie spice and a recipe for muffins. It would be delicious with either apple or pumpkin 
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp mace
- ½ tsp cloves
- ½ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp nutmeg
It makes 2 Tbs and will keep for up to 3 months in an air-tight container, out of the sunlight.
