Mini Quiches

These are very easy to make and absolutely delicious to serve at a brunch or before dinner appetizer:

  • 1/3 c parmesan cheese
  • ¼ c milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ c diced ham
  • Sliced green onion

Whisk, pour into muffin tins. Sprinkle with onion and sprinkle with paprika. Cook 13 min for mini-muffins and 20 min for 6-cup tin. Lasts 2 days in the fridge.
