Knorr Classic Spinach Dip

Preparation time is only 8 min:

  • 1 pack (300g) frozen spinach, chopped & frozen
  • 1 pack (40g) Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz/284g) water chestnuts, chopped
  • green onion, sliced

Squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach. Mix all and chill at least 2 hours. Makes a little under 4 cups. Serve with pumpernickle bread.
