This tastes delicious with the Chicken Divan a la Celeste.

Dressing:

• ¼ cup oil
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 Tbsp Soy
• ½ tsp curry

Pour over a bed of romaine lettuce and top with:

• mandarin oranges segments
• red onion, finely chopped
• toasted almonds
