Crock-roast

This recipe is from Beth at Grace Notes Press and is a family favourite. Also good for guests:

  • cheap shoulder blade or boneless pot roast (beef or pork)
  • 1 can cranberry jelly (or cream of mushroom soup)
  • ½ package onion soup mix
  1. Toss it all in a crockpot. Cook on low for 10 hours.
  2. Add sauce with butter and boil until reduced to a gravy, stirring frequently. Serve over mashed potatoes
