Chocolate Fudge Brownies

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Traditional Fudge Brownies(18.3 oz. box)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and mashed with 1/4 c. water
  1. Mix and bake according to the box

I made these and wouldn’t tell Steve what was in them until he’d tried them. He really liked them a lot – I’ll be taking them to his Mom’s on Easter weekend (their last because they sold the house – yeah).

You can also make these with 1 can pumpkin filling instead. I’ve heard mixed reviews about it but thought I’d share none-the-less.
