Artichoke Appetizer
This recipe was put together by Barbara-Ann from California:
- 2 jars artichoke, reserve liquid
- ½ c onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c sharp cheese, grated
- ¼ c bread crumbs
- ¼ tsp oregano
- 2 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
- Dash each: Worchestershire and hot sauce
Saute onions in artichoke liquid. Mix all. Pour into lightly greased dish and bake 30 min at 375F. Cut into squares and serve warm.
